Sycamore’s Applied AI Engineers are our forward-deployed engineering team. You’ll be embedded directly with enterprise customers – understanding their problems, building solutions on the Sycamore platform, and feeding learnings back to make the product better for everyone.

What you’ll do

Work on-site or closely with enterprise customers to deploy and tune AI agent systems
Translate customer requirements into platform capabilities and integrations
Identify patterns across deployments and feed them back into the core product
Bridge the gap between what the platform can do and what customers need it to do

What we’re looking for

Strong engineering fundamentals – you can build, debug, and ship in production environments
Comfort working directly with customers and navigating enterprise organizations
Experience with AI/ML systems, integrations, or platform engineering
Self-directed and resourceful – you’ll often be the only Sycamore engineer in the room
