You’ll shape how customers and operators experience Sycamore – from core workflows and surfaces to the details that make complex agent systems feel understandable and trustworthy.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship user-facing features across web and product surfaces
- Partner with design and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into crisp product behavior
- Instrument, iterate, and refine flows based on customer usage and feedback
- Raise the bar on UX quality, performance, and accessibility for enterprise users
What we’re looking for
- Strong frontend or full-stack experience shipping production UIs
- Product sense – you care about clarity, pacing, and edge cases users hit in the real world
- Comfort collaborating across design, customer engineering, and platform teams
- Interest in AI agents and complex systems made approachable through great product craft
